The Gold Coast International Open is Queensland Judo's premier event.

The Gold Coast International Open is open to all judoka registered with Judo Australia as well as members from any other IJF-affiliated national governing body.

Gi Requirements

Correct belt colours are to be worn by all players.

Blue and white judogi are required for Junior and Senior Boys & Girls, Veterans, Cadet and Junior and Senior Men and Women. Players without the correct uniform will forfeit the fight.

A white judogi is mandatory for medal presentations and award ceremonies.
